In terms of infrastructure, the organization has the authority to acquire both movable and immovable properties through purchase, lease, hire, exchange, or other means. This includes the construction, alteration, and maintenance of buildings to facilitate the trust’s activities. Additionally, the organization is open to receiving donations, grants, and gifts, utilizing these resources in alignment with its overarching mission.

For effective financial management, the organization is empowered to invest its funds or handle them in a manner deemed fit by the trustees, ensuring the trust’s objectives are carried out efficiently. Moreover, the organization is authorized to enter into arrangements with various government authorities at the central, state, local, municipal, or other levels, seeking rights, concessions, and privileges that contribute to the fulfillment of the trust’s objectives.

The trust is mandated to judiciously allocate its income and funds for charitable purposes, the development of its institutions, and the fulfillment of the trust’s objectives, including the enhancement of assets and properties. It is explicitly outlined that no portion of the funds shall be distributed in any manner to the members of the Board of Trustees, emphasizing a commitment to the altruistic goals of the trust.

For efficient execution of its objectives, the trust is empowered to establish various committees as needed, comprising both trustees and non-trustees. These committees operate under the guidance of the Board of Trustees, with the Chairman serving as the chief functionary across all committees. This decentralized structure allows for a dynamic and responsive approach to addressing the trust’s diverse objectives.

To amplify its impact, the trust is authorized to create and publish Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, as well as videos, to further its objectives. This strategic dissemination of information aims to raise awareness and engage the community in the trust’s mission.

Beyond the specified objectives, the trust retains the flexibility to undertake any other acts or services that contribute to the promotion of its overarching goals. This provision reflects the adaptability of the trust to evolving needs and circumstances, ensuring a proactive and comprehensive approach to fulfilling its mission.
